Virtual Therapy

Life is full—and sometimes getting to an in-person session just isn’t realistic.

Whether you’re balancing work, parenting, school, or simply need more flexibility, virtual therapy can be a meaningful and accessible way to get the support you need.

I offer virtual sessions to clients throughout Georgia, and we can decide together what works best for you—whether that’s fully virtual or a blend of in-person and online sessions.

Some clients choose virtual therapy because of their schedules. Others live outside the Athens area or want the ability to continue sessions while traveling or away at school. Whatever your reason, we can create a rhythm that fits your life.

Sessions are held through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform and can be accessed from your computer, phone, or tablet. While video is preferred when possible, we can talk through what feels most comfortable and doable for you.

My goal is to make therapy feel consistent, supportive, and connected—wherever you are.

If you’re interested in virtual sessions, we can talk more about it during your consultation and decide together if it’s the right fit.

Please note: Due to licensure regulations, you must be physically located in Georgia at the time of each session.
