Individual Adult Therapy


In individual counseling, I help you better understand yourself and the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Using a blend of family systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based approaches, we explore how your past experiences and relationships have influenced the way you show up today.

Together, we’ll gently identify the different “parts” of you—especially the ones that carry pain, protection, or unmet needs—and work toward greater clarity, self-compassion, and internal balance.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded in who you are, more connected to yourself and others, and better equipped to move through life with confidence and intention.
